Application Process
We assist with preparing and submitting visa applications but cannot guarantee approval, as the final decision rests with the UAE government authorities. All information provided for visa applications must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or rejections due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.
Fees and Payments
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable once the application process has begun, except in cases where specifically guaranteed. Additional government or third-party fees may apply and are subject to change without notice.
Processing Times
While we provide estimated processing times for various services, these are not guaranteed as they depend on government processing times and other external factors beyond our control.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the application process:
- Before submission to authorities: Partial refund minus administrative fees
- After submission to authorities: No refund available
- For guaranteed services: Full refund if service guarantee is not met
Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Document Retention
Documents submitted to us will be handled with care but we cannot accept liability for documents lost in transit or during the application process. We may retain copies of your documents as required by UAE law.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Dubai Visa & Notary Services and is protected by international copyright laws.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
